I have a brand new venom x pack li po battery and a RC System I-Max B5 Digital Peak Balance Charger and on the instrutions it has no info on what time to charge it

cheapest battery do not have balancing function, i suggest you buy a balancing charger, which can charge your lipo cell balancingly.
