Q: I bought a traxxas slash a few days ago and I run loose / fine gravel and the transmission started making a horrible grinding noise. This is my hobby first class "rc car and I dont know more about it.
A: Maybe a lot of things, clutch shoes, your gear, the clutch, call Traxxas place and ask a tech to go over there and look at the site exploded veiw of the cross.

i have a traxxas t maxx, and im having transmission problems, i give it gas, and i can hear something spinning?
when it spins the truck and or the wheels dont move @ all, but yet i hear something in the trans spinning. please help me!!!!!!
Could be the torque converter or the stator inside it..
Check the trans oil level pronto to save money.

will a traxxas 3.3 transmission fit on a 2.5?
yes it will with alot of work! but after all of the problems and extra work and money that i had to spend to make it work just be smart about it and also buy the 3.3 tmaxx motor just trade in your 2.5 motor to a hobby shop and then you will get the 3.3
