Q: Why is it that this bolt is tight and the other arent.

A: Do you mean the tire or wheel? If the tire, the tire should be sticking to the rim. Use Super Glue.
If the wheel to replace the wheel nut with a brand new, I have a 4mm or a 5mm nut.
