it has low miles on the motor i think it would be a good buy, get it looked at by a trusted mechanic if you dont know much about cars, you could sell those parts for more then the 2200 he wants, also depends...

It should be 4-door, 4-cyls, not sporty. I would prefer Honda or Toyota... First time drivers usually have much more expensive car...
