Q: My family tries to find a good car for me to go very fast. What are the older cars (probably 2005 models or older) who are safe, get good gas mileage, and are perfect for a new driver? Make and model would be great.
A: those who are actually probably the best compact SUVs in the direction of fuel economy and reliability. Theres also the Nissan Pathfinder.

Jetta- deprciates more quickly and does not have a super realiabity rating but drives great and feels more expensive than it is- dealer service sucks.

as in changing parts i mean like swapping engines and what not. Like you completely redo your car with JDM parts.
and also what kind of car would be cheap, get good gas mileage, and safe but at the same time available for many parts changes.
Nissan sentra,s are good on gas and changing parts around doesn't always mean it will get better or worse mileage,it all depends on what you change there are parts on the market now that will help one to run and perform better but still get good gas mileage,thanks
