i have a Piranha digital peak charger from duratrax can someone tell me what do set the peak detection?
Q: What should be the peak detection threshold sensitivity attached to a battery of 3000 mAh and a 3300mAh battery and they are both Nimh. there is a choice of 3 mV to 20 mV for overfill.
A: For Ni-MH you should set the maximum sensitivity 8mV. Nicad have a higher voltage drop when then points to the nicad setting this 6mV duratraxx recommends. Check out my souce is the manual for this charger.
