Traveling 4m California, If your a resident do u need a passport to travel to Baja California and Mexico?
I want to know if your a resident are you also required to get a passport like citizens?I know until January 31, 2008 the Immigration Border patrol will require all cirizens but this include residents who carry a LACERS
