Can I replace a radial capacitor with an axial one?
Q: For my Sony HDC-C770, 47UF I heard replacing the (radial) 35V 47UF 50V with a capacitor could solve the problem I'm having. The original is a radial capacitor. Does it matter if I replace it with another axial?
A: You can, if they are both electrolytic capacitors. However, I doubt he will make no difference. The capacitor voltage is the amount he can stand without breathing. It has nothing to do with the function of capacity.
