I am 26 year old software profession. I am suffering from neck pain and chronic pain in my right hand.

I did my MRI report. Report is given as below.

This means the disk (squishy, jelly stuff between the bones of your neck) is herniating (meaning bulging) out of one side of where it should be, putting pressure on the nerve that goes to your right arm- making it hurt.

1. As per my age,

44 yr old woman, Mother of 2 teenagers Have been on Motrin (RX strength)for yrs.

Pain down left hip/back of leg down to calf...some tingling at foot. Have to stand and wait to take step due to sever pain. Feel a grinding sound in left hip/back
