Q: The Earth is boring for me now. An increase of inclination of the axis would make things more interesting and cool. I want to see the Arctic and the Antarctic circle increase.
A: We probably could, but it would take considerable time and very expensive. We slowed the rotation of the earth a little bit, by storing water at a higher altitude it would have without human intervention (dams).

The HPI F4.6 is the best of those listed above, although it'll cost you more than $150 if you can find one. I had one in my boat and it was crazy

Neptune has an axial tilt of about 28° , much like Earth. Because of this, there are seasons on Neptune. However, because of the 164-year orbit, a season on Neptune lasts 41 years! So anybody knows what 'season' is now in the northern hemisphere of Neptune?
now the north-pole of neptune is tilted away from the sun, so winter for the northern half, ... a long winter of course since neptune has a looong orbit around the sun
